Postage and delivery information for our luxury boxes of preserved roses

At Lindfield & Co. we pride ourselves on the way we process and deliver your order. It is fast, efficient and hassle-free. Once you have chosen the items you want to buy and decide where you would like them sent, we then take care of everything, making sure your items are packed beautifully and arrive safe and sound.

Your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you - so don’t forget to decide whether you’d like your order delivered to your home or another address.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD and most items require a signature.

Delivery will typically be 3-5 working days after the order has been processed. If there is a stock, payment or delivery problem. In any of these cases, we will always contact you.

​If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the order an ‘I missed you’ card will be left. The recipient then has a choice to either collect the item from their local delivery office or arrange a re delivery.
